The most popular beers are well known not just for their taste, but also because of their interesting logos. But can you recognize one of these popular beers by looking only at a portion of the logo? Prove it!

Elysian's the Great Pumpkin is a seasonal favorite made at the brewery in Seattle, Washington. Elysian Brewing has four Seattle restaurants - Elysian Capitol Hill, Elysian Tangletown, Elysian Fields, and Elysian Bar - and a full production brewery, Elysian Airport Way, in Georgetown. Elysian has brewed over 350 craft beers since it opened on Capitol Hill in 1996.

Guinness sells 850 million liters annually. Although most people think that Guinness is black, it is actually a very dark shade of ruby. There is a 9,000-year lease on the Guinness Brewery in St. James' Gate, Dublin. It was signed originally in 1759.

Newcastle Brown Ale was originally produced in Newcastle upon Tyne, but it is now brewed by Heineken at John Smith's Brewery in Tadcaster, North Yorkshire. By the late 1990s, this beer was the most widely distributed alcoholic product in the UK. It was one of the first beers to be distributed in a clear glass bottle.

Karl Strauss Red Trolley Ale is an Irish Red Ale. Each batch is brewed with a half-ton of caramelized malts for a deep copper color and toffee flavor. The brew is warm-fermented to bring out hints of raisins and currants. Its ABV is 30%. It has won tons of awards.

Left Hand Milk Stout comes from Left Hand Brewing. In 2013 they celebrated their 20-year anniversary. Left Hand Brewing Company is named after local Arapahoe Chief Niwot, who spent the winters with his tribe in the Boulder Valley. Milk Stout Nitro is the first nitrogenated American craft beer to be successfully bottled without a widget.

Avery Hog Heaven is a super drinkable garnet beer. It is a definite hop-lover's delight. The intense dry-hop nose and the alcohol content are well balanced, with a caramel candy-like malt finish. Hog Heaven only gets better with age. This beer is cellarable for 3 years.

Lost Coast Great White comes from the Lost Coast Brewery, which is an award-winning brewery in Eureka, California. Its name, “Great White,” alludes to the fact that this is an interpretation of a Belgian “wit” or white beer. There are notes of coriander, along with a very prominent lemony citrus character and an overall impression of dryness.

Started by a sudsy legend, Ken Grossman, in 1979, Sierra Nevada has done great things in its 37 years of existence. According to Bloomberg, Grossman joined the American beer billionaires club in 2015. Before he created Sierra Nevada Brewing Company, Grossman ran the Home Brew Shop in Downtown Chico.

The taste and smell of Pliny, which is a Russian company called Pliny the Elder, can be put up against any IPA and definitely win people over. The most impressive part of Pliny, however, is how it is made. It is a beer with 100 IBUs, but little to no bitterness. The clarity of Pliny is unlike any other IPA. It’s translucent to the point of a pilsner.

Bell's Hopslam Ale Michigan is part of Bell's Brewery, Inc. It is based in Kalamazoo, Michigan, with a second facility in Comstock, Michigan. Bell's also has a brewpub called the Eccentric Cafe.

Sculpin IPA comes from Ballast Point Brewing & Spirits Company. It is an American company, founded in 1996 by Jack White in San Diego, California. Ballast Point Brewing & Spirits Company was the first microdistillery in San Diego since the Prohibition.

The Brew Free! Or Die IPA packaging designs feature bold asymmetric text over English artist Joe Wilson’s illustration of Abraham Lincoln charging out of Mount Rushmore. Shaun O’Sullivan and Nicco Freccia are the co-founders of 21st Amendment brewery, which is located in San Francisco.

Deschutes the Abyss originates from Deschutes Brewery, a craft brewery founded in 1988 in Bend, Oregon. Deschutes Brewery ships beer to 28 states, the District of Columbia, and around the world from its main brewing facility located on the banks of the Deschutes River. As of 2013, Deschutes was the sixth-largest craft brewery and twelfth-largest overall brewery in the United States.

Founders Brewing Company, which is also called Canal Street Brewing Co., L.L.C., is responsible for the Founders Breakfast Stout. It is located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Canal Street Brewing Company was named John Pannell Brewing Company by Mike Stevens and Dave Engbers in 1996. They changed the company's name to Canal Street Brewing Co. in 1997.

The Founders Kentucky Breakfast Stout is brewed with a hint of coffee and vanilla, then aged in oak bourbon barrels for over a year. It smells strongly of coffee, dark chocolate, alcohol, liquorice, and vanilla. It has a rusty, earthy, coconut fiber quality many imperial stouts have. This is also a product of Founders Brewing Company.

Gnomegang is made by the Brewery Ommegang in Cooperstown, N.Y. Ommegang's Gnomegang, which has a 9.5% ABV, has been around since 2010. It has a rich, sweet maltiness, honey notes, strong apricot-pear fruitiness, and some banana-clove yeastiness.

The Allagash Brewery is responsible for the Allagash White beer. Every staff member at Allagash, no matter what position they hold in the company, has the opportunity to come up with their own recipe for a beer and to work on it in small batches.

The key to Hoegaarden’s unique, refreshing flavor, and spicy nose is real Curaçao orange peel with a hint of coriander. Hoegaarden is brewed using natural ingredients – mineral spring water, unmalted wheat, barley malt, hops, yeast, coriander, and Curaçao orange peel. It is an unfiltered beer as well.

Ninkasi Brewing started on June 15th, 2006, when Jamie Floyd and Nikos Ridge spent 17 hours brewing their first batch of Total Domination IPA in a leased space inside a German restaurant in Springfield, Oregon. Spring Reign was originally going to be called Spring Loaded, with two pistols crossed on the label and roses in the barrels. The government denied them.

Three Floyds Zombie Dust is just one of 83 beers at the Three Floyds Brewery. They also have another 12 seasonal additions to that. Three Floyds has been rated the best in the world in 2007, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012, It came in as number 3 in 2014, according to beer reviews logged on RateBeer.com. They brewed 50,000 barrels of beer in 2015.

Stone Brewing is a brewery with its headquarters in Escondido, California, USA. It was founded in 1996 in San Marcos, California. The company's best-known brand is Arrogant Bastard Ale, which has been called the "watershed beer" that put San Diego on the craft brew market. As of 2015, it was the 10th largest craft brewery in the United States.

Hill Farmstead Brewery brews Edward, an American Pale Ale. The beer is named for an actual Edward, the grandfather of the current owners. It is brewed with water from Edward's well!

Dale's Pale Ale is a product of Oskar Blues Brewery. They have locations in Longmont, Colorado, Brevard, North Carolina, and Austin, Texas. The company started as a brewpub in Lyons in 1997. Lyons began brewing beer in the basement in 1999. In 2002, they became one of the first to put their own craft beer into cans.

Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier is a beer by Weihenstephan Brewery. It claims to be the oldest brewery in the world. The brewery is located in the Free State of Bavaria, in Germany.

Lagunitas Lil'Sumpin' Sumpin' Ale is a super smooth and silky beer with a nice wheaty finish. It is a unique style of beer featuring a strong hop finish on a silky body. It's a hoppy pale wheat ale that is great for IPA fans, but so smooth that the hefeweizen like it as well. It is made by the Lagunitas Brewing Company.

Schneider Weisse is responsible for saving wheat beer from near extinction. 200 years ago, wheat beer could only be brewed by the Bavarian royal family in their breweries. It was only by 1872 that King Ludwig II sold exclusive rights to brew wheat beer to George I Schneider because of failing beer sales for the royal family.

Widmer Hefeweizen from Widmer Brothers Brewing was one of the early ones to jump on the beer wagon. When they started, there were only 83 breweries in the entire country. No Oregon brewery has had more success or been more disparaged than Widmer Brewing. The Widmers have been more involved than any other local brewery in promoting beer culture.

Flying Dog in Heat comes from Flying Dog Brewery, which is located in Frederick, Maryland. It started in 1990 by George Stranahan and is the largest brewery in Maryland. It started in Aspen, Colorado, in 1990, before moving to Maryland. It was the first brewery to open in Aspen in over 100 years. It was also one of the first brewpubs in the Rocky Mountain Region.

Victory Brewing Company is responsible for the Victory Prima Pils. The brewery was founded in 1996 by Ron Barchet and Bill Covaleski in an old Pepperidge Farm bakery. Since then, Victory has grown considerably and evolved well outside the traditional small market. Victory uses traditional methods of brewing and uses whole hops.

Scrimshaw is made by North Coast Brewing Co. It has been serving beer since 1988. It is located on the coast in Fort Bragg, California. President & cofounder Mark Ruedrich has led the brewery and developed a strong reputation for quality. They have won more than 110 awards in national and international competitions.

Keller Pils stands for two things. Pils obviously stands for pilsner and keller is German for cellar. In German brewmaster terms, keller means straight from the aging tank. Keller Pils is a fresh-tasting pilsner with grassy and herbal tones. The malts in this beer have a biscuity flavor.

Pilsner Urquell is a Czech lager brewed in Plzeň, Czech Republic, by Pilsner Urquell Brewery. Almost all the draught Pilsner Urquell is packaged in kegs and dispensed under carbon dioxide pressure. However, they do make small quantities that are available unpasteurized, unfiltered, and naturally conditioned in cask.

Pivo Hoppy Pils is a pilsner with a West Coast dry-­hopping twist. It showcases influences from Germany, Italy, and the Czech Republic. Pivo Hoppy Pils has a great balance with floral aromatics, spicy herbal nuances, bergamot zest and lemongrass notes from dry hopping with German Saphir hops.

Rogue Hazelnut Brown Nectar by Rogue Ales is a brewery founded in 1988 in Ashland, Oregon, by three Nike, Inc., executives: Jack Joyce, Rob Strasser, and Bob Woodell. The company relocated to Newport in 1989 and opened its flagship brew pub on the town's waterfront. Rogue is now headquartered in Newport, Oregon.

The beer, Edmund Fitzgerald, comes in a bottle with a painting of the Edmund Fitzgerald ship on the label, charging through a storm. Its aroma is heavy on roasted malts, thick and smoky, with a hint of burnt caramel. There is more carbonation than your average beer, which gives the beer a very sprighty, jumpy feel in the mouth.

Consecration is made by Russian River Brewing Company. It is a Belgian-style dark ale aged in American oak Cabernet Sauvignon barrels with currants. Random fact - the White House brews its own beer. President Obama is the first president to ever brew beer on White House grounds.

Deschutes Black Butte Porter, from Deschutes Brewery & Public House in downtown Bend, Oregon, started in 1988. Gary Fish emphasized a community approach, stating, "We want people to feel like this is, in a lot of ways, theirs." The brewery sold 310 barrels of beer in its first year, and by 1992 sales were up to 3,954 barrels.

The Duck-Rabbit Brown Ale is an American brown brewed by Duck-Rabbit Craft Brewery, with loads of hops from start to finish. It is an incredibly bitter beer. The Duck-Rabbit Brown Ale is a great choice for anyone who appreciates assertive hops and nutty toasted malt flavors.

Brooklyn Brewery is a brewery in Brooklyn, New York City, United States. It was started in 1987 by Steve Hindy and Tom Potter. They are responsible for the Black Ops. Hindy learned to brew while spending 6 years in various Middle Eastern nations, including Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. When he got to Brooklyn in 1984, he and Potter, his downstairs neighbor, quit their jobs and founded the brewery.

Troegs Nugget Nectar beer is an explosion of pine, resin, and mango. Other featured beers by the Troegs Brewery are Perpetual IPA, the Troegenator Double Block, Blizzard of Hops Winter IPA, and the Mad Elf. The brewery is located in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

Bear Republic Hop Rod Rye is made by Bear Republic Brewing Co. in California, United States. The Hop Rod Rye is a high gravity IPA brewed with 18% rye malt. Hop Rod Rye has a floral hop aroma and subtle caramel notes with a slightly earthy and spicy rye character.

Bell's Smitten Golden Rye Ale is made in Michigan by the Bell's Brewery, Inc. This recipe is drawn from the breweries oldest recipes. Smitten Ale began as part of a series of rye beers at the Eccentric Café. This beer has a combination of sharp citrus & resinous flavors from hops with earthy, rustic overtones.

The Founders Red's Rye is brewed with four varieties of Belgian caramel malts and 100% Amarillo hops. It was originally called Founders Red's Rye IPA. It is available during the fall season and is made in Michigan. It is a rye beer.
