We bet you’ve seen Bugs Bunny, Tweety, Sylvester, Daffy Duck and the rest of the Looney Tunes cast before, but it was a long time ago, right? Well, today is the perfect day to meet those characters from our favorite cartoons again.

Remember how you used to run back home from school just to catch those guys on the Cartoon Network? The Looney Tunes were incredibly popular back in the day, made even more so because they advertised almost everything from cars and credit cards to cereal and cat food. 

The golden age of Looney Tunes might be over, but these characters are still in our hearts. Today, not a lot of kids know who Yosemite Sam is, but you still remember this small fellow with an impressive mustache, don’t you? And, of course, there is no way you forgot adorable Porky Pig who ended each Looney Tunes short with his signature line!

The Looney Tunes gang have been around since the 1930s when they were first created, and we won’t judge you if you can't remember them all. But what if you do? Take this quiz and find out!

Foghorn is a big, loud rooster. He has a rather large body and loves to strut around the farm. He was created by Robert McKimson and voiced by Mel Blanc. His archrival is Barnyard Dawg.

Pepé Le Pew is a big-time charmer and has a delightful French accent. Pepé certainly has a way with the ladies, so much so that he has seven ex-wives. By day, Pepé works as a wedding planner. His favorite catch phrase is "Mmm.....So lucky. So lucky!"

Bugs is a super cool, confident bunny. His best friend is Daffy Duck and he loves carrots. His favorite catch phrase 'Eh...What's up Doc ?' is often said to his arch-enemy, Elmer Fudd. Bugs is voiced mostly by Jeff Bergman.

Elmer Fudd is well known for hunting Bugs Bunny, his arch-nemesis. He never gets to catch Bugs and always ends up hurting himself in some manner, often by shooting himself.

Porky Pig is well known for his line of 'Th-th-th-that's all folks' which he says at the end of every Looney Tunes cartoon. Porky was created by the legendary Friz Freleng.

Sylvester is a black and white cat and one of the most famous Looney Tunes characters. He is mainly seen with Tweety and Granny who owns both of them.

Road Runner is an extremely fast-running bird and the bane of a certain Wile E. Coyote. He doesn't talk at all, except to use the phrase 'meep meep' whenever the coyote is trying to catch him.

Marvin is from Mars and one of the classic Looney Tunes villains. He is noted for his Roman Centurion-style helmet through which you can see only his eyes.

Daffy Duck is a black duck with an orange beak and feet. He is a friend of Bugs Bunny but also sometimes his rival.

The Big Bad Wolf can be seen in many fairy tales and Looney Tunes cartoons. He first made an appearance in 1933 in Walt Disney's "Three Little Pigs."

Emma Webster, or Granny as she is known, is a 90-year-old, sweet, kind lady and the owner of Tweety Bird and Sylvester the Cat. She was once a spy in World War II.

Wile E. Coyote is constantly trying to catch Road Runner. To do this, he must counter the speed of the bird by using a range of gadgets he gets delivered via mail order.

Cecil is a green turtle that walks upright. He is only seen in three cartoons, all featuring Bugs Bunny. In fact, in all three, Cecil gets the better of Bugs, something Elmer Fudd had been trying to do for years.

Baby Tweety is a yellow canary. He is the only character in the Baby Looney Tunes universe able to translate what Baby Tazz says. He is the youngest Baby Loony Tune and is around 1.5 years old.

Speedy is the fastest mouse in all of Mexico. He loves giving advice to his best friend, Daffy Duck. He is a business owner and has his own pizza shop. It goes by the name of Pizzariba.

Baby Bugs is a white and gray bunny, with a fluffy, white tail. His ages in the cartoons range between 1 and 4.5 years old. He is friendly and mature but can be very bossy.

Spike The Bulldog plays opposite a smaller dog named Chester The Terrier. He is not to be confused with Spike, a bulldog that appears in Tom and Jerry cartoons, often saving Jerry from Tom.

Michigan is a frog who walks upright, wears a top hat and uses a cane, a real gentleman one could say. He really likes to sing and dance.

Baby Taz is a 2-year-old toddler. Not any toddler mind you, he is a Tasmanian devil. He causes much havoc in the Baby Looney Tunes universe, spinning everywhere he goes and breaking everything.

Petunia Pig is Porky Pig's girlfriend and looks very similar to her boyfriend. But she wears a dress and has black hair which forms two pig tails. Petunia was created by Frank Tashlin.

Penelope is Pepé Le Pew's love interest. She is a black cat but always finds a way to have a white stripe down her back, be it intentional or by accident.

Henery Hawk is a small, brown, chicken hawk with a very high-pitched voice that makes him sound like a mobster. He was created by Chuck Jones and Robert McKimson.

Miss Prissy is an old spinster hen who wears a blue bonnet and wire glasses. She lives in a chicken coop with other chickens in Foghorn Leghorn's yard and often forms part of his cartoon tales.

Lola Bunny is Bugs Bunny's girlfriend and often calls him 'Bun Bun,' her pet name for him. She is charming, friendly and a very fast talker. Lola Bunny is voiced by Kristen Wiig.

Tweety is a yellow canary with a rather large head and feet. He is Granny's pet and lives in her apartment. Tweety is constantly hunted by Sylvester the cat who sees him as nothing but a quick snack.

Hector is a big, grey, furred bulldog that walks upright. He is Granny's loyal guard dog. He is not very clever and always tries to stop Sylvester.

Baby Sylvester is a black and white cat with a big red nose. He loves getting attention from Granny but does his utmost to catch her other pet, Baby Tweety. He is best friends with Baby Daffy and his favorite hobby is eating.

Benny is a big black and white cat with red hair on his head. He has only appeared in two Looney Tunes cartoons where he was voiced by Stan Freberg.

Hugo is a very large, white snow monster. He made two appearances in Looney Tunes cartoons, both times starring with Bugs Bunny, who he wants to turn into his pet and call George.

Melissa Duck is the blonde girlfriend of Daffy Duck and is featured in numerous cartoons. However, she is only once referred to as Melissa. She first appeared in 1950 in a cartoon called "The Scarlet Pimpernel."

Gossamer is a big, red, hairy monster with two large, white tennis shoes. He was created by Chuck Jones in 1946 although was only officially named in a cartoon in 1980. He is scary, short tempered and childlike in his behavior.

The Tasmanian Devil is known as Taz to his friends, although in his earlier cartoons his wife calls him Claude. He only appeared in five cartoons in the 1950s and 60s but made a huge comeback in the 1990s.

Going by the alias of George P. Dog, this Looney Tunes character is the direct rival of Foghorn Leghorn, although he has appeared with Sylvester and Daffy Duck among others.

Yosemite Sam is a short man with an even shorter temper. He is easily recognized by his massive hat and big red mustache. He has a strong cowboy accent and is mostly seen chasing Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck.

Baby Daffy is one of the baby Looney Tunes characters, along with Baby Bugs and Baby Lola. His full name is Baby Daffy Horatio Tribuis Duck and he is terribly scared of robots!

Chester is a small terrier dog with yellow fur and brown spiky ears. Chester plays opposite Spike the Bulldog. They are both seen only in two short episodes. Spike is Chester's idol.

Variants of Claude Cat were used by Chuck Jones in the 1940s, including in the Aristo-cat. In 1949 he was redesigned slightly and given his name. He then appeared in "Mouse Wreckers" where he first came upon his arch-enemies, Hubie and Bertie. He was retired in the 1960s.

Slowpoke Rodriguez is a very, very slow mouse, and family of Speedy Gonzales, the fastest mouse in Mexico. He makes up for this by being particularly clever, although he needs Speedy's help from time to time to escape Sylvester. He has the ability to hypnotize others ​and used this on Sylvester on occasion.

He is a large Briard Sheepdog with white fur and a big mop of red hair over his eyes. He was created by Chuck Jones and voiced by Frank Welker.

Hippety Hopper is a baby kangaroo that has appeared in a few Looney Tunes cartoons. Sylvester the cat often mistakes Hippety for a large mouse that he attempts to catch.

Charlie Dog is a homeless hound that often stars with Porky Pig whom he wishes would adopt him. He was modified from an earlier Bob Clampett character by Chuck Jones.

Marc Anthony is a big bulldog with extremely long lips and thin back legs. He was created by Chuck Jones and voiced by Mel Blanc. He is often seen in Looney Tunes cartoons with a small black kitten named PussyFoot. The two only appeared between 1954 and 1958.

Witch Hazel is often found chasing Bugs Bunny, wanting him as part of ingredients for her witches brew. She is your typical cartoon witch with a green body, massive nose, and raven black hair.

Baby Petunia is friends with Baby Melissa. She is a pig that comes to play by Granny from time to time where tea parties are the order of the day.

The son of Miss Prissy, Eggbert is sometimes called Egghead Jr. He is a small chicken with a large head. He always wears glasses and has a small red and blue ringed hat.
